Return and Refund Policy
At Qartelz India Private Limited, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of the damaged or defective item to arrange for an exchange.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
